RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Belgian consumer law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original or equivalent packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return.

3. HOW TO RETURN

1. Email fitnessainemei@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will reply within 48 hours with return instructions and address
3. Ship the item back — return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

4. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fitnessainemei@gmail.com with a photo. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
